	John Muir High School 2005 Reunion Memory Book 1955-2005 Refer to the directions below on how to order the Memory Book. $30.00 each. Reunions are a time for reflection, renewal, reconnecting and remembering. This 50th Reunion Book does some of each. Each Memory Book page is unique. On these sample pages (below) we illustrate a variety of submissions to the 46th Reunion Memory Book and a cover prototype for your review. Our 2005 Memory Book will follow this same format and will include a special DVD with extra photos, video and data. There were 610 of us in the class and we got along together quite well. We had superb teachers and administrators that guided us in this most wonderful journey. For many of us our John Muir experience was the most rewarding experience of our young lives and our classmates will forever remain in our heart's as brothers and sisters who shared a special place and a special time.

Make the check out to “John Muir High School Class of 1955”. DO NOT FOLD the Memory Book Page Form. You'll have to send it in a large envelope. The Post Office requires $0.60 postage for this large (9"x12") envelope. Checks or Money Orders ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT fold the Memory Book Page Form when returning it. It will be the master form for the book and must remain flat. Note: In order for you to be included in the Memory Book you must complete the Memory Book Page Form (see below). You do not have to attend the 50th Reunion or buy a Memory Book to be included in the book. But you must submit a Memory Book page to Cleve Traughber either by snail-mail or email. Download (see above) and install Acrobat Reader v7 on your computer. 2). Click here to open the blank Memory Book template in Acrobat Reader v7. If you used the link above and have Acrobat Reader v7 installed on your computer, the Memory Book template will automatically open in your browser windwo with Acobe Reader v7. 3) Use the Hand tool , located in the Acrobat Reader v7 tool bar, to fill in your personal information in the Memory Book template fields 4). When you have completed the Memory Book template information and SAVED it to your hard disk, you have two choices of delivering the page plus a black and white or color photo to Cleve. 4a) By email: In Adobe Reader v7 select the email symbol . Your blank default email client will open with the completed Memory Book form attached. You can also attach a current digital photo as a second attachment to the email, write any special instructions and send your email to ctraughber@earthlink.net . 4b) By snail-mail: Print the completed Memory book template on your computer printer and snail-mail it and a black and white photo to Cleve.
